The DeSoto Independent School District Board of Trustees invites its school community to attend its upcoming meetings.
During May, the DeSoto ISD School Board has a set of Special Called Meetings, the first of which is set for May 13 to install and welcome its declared school board trustee.
The second of two special-called meetings will begin at 6:30 p on the same evening.
The community is also invited to bid farewell to outgoing Trustee Dr. DeAndrea Fleming on Tuesday, May 14, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at the DeSoto ISD Belt Line Conference Center.
Then, the public can prepare to attend the two regular meetings of the Board which will be held on Monday, May 20, and Tuesday, May 28, due to the upcoming observance of Memorial Day.
The first of the monthly meetings is the progress monitoring meeting and the second is the business meeting.
Public comments are welcomed for the regular meeting.
