 Dondi Ratliff is the Dual Credit English teacher for the Early College High School (ECHS) program. She is a graduate of Tarleton State University, where she received her BA in English in 2001. She later obtained her MA in Teaching from Texas Woman's University in 2007, after successfully completing her thesis.
